Door-to-Door Delivery
All online orders are dispatched from our central warehouse and delivered to your door.

Creative Living reserves the right to revise delivery charges if the cost for certain locations is not accurately reflected during checkout. If any additional charges apply, we will notify you after checkout. You will then have the option to proceed with the order by paying the difference or cancel the order for a full refund. If payment has already been made, you may choose to receive a credit on your account or an immediate full refund.
In the case of an immediate refund on an EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), funds may only reflect in your account a day or two following the actual refund – this is beyond our control. In the case of an immediate refund on a credit card purchase, funds may take up to 10 days to reflect in your account following the actual refund – this is beyond our control.
We use several different couriers for our deliveries depending on size, weight and the number of parcels. We can’t guarantee urgent orders or Next Day deliveries, but you are welcome to collect from the warehouse.
All items will be delivered directly to your doorstep. Please note that deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays and are only available within South Africa. Our ability to deliver is also always subject to the availability of the goods and the supply of accurate delivery address details. Delivery to PO Boxes is not possible. An additional fee will be charged should the parcel be despatched with an incorrect address.
Collection From Warehouse
The collection option will be available at checkout if it applies to the product. Large items are only available for collection at our Johannesburg Branch in Northriding. Orders can be collected by prior appointment, and you will not be charged for delivery.
Collections can take place between Monday to Friday, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
To arrange to collect your order from our warehouse, please contact our Customer Service team, who will provide you with the full address and telephone number. Please ensure that you give us 2 days' notice prior to collection.
Please send a copy of the waybill if you arrange your own courier for collection. Should you not personally be collecting your order and choose to have a courier collect on your behalf, Creative Living will not be held responsible in the event that goods are lost or damaged before reaching the purchaser.
Worldwide Shipping
Creative Living not only proudly serves South Africa, but we also welcome shoppers from all over the world. We would be happy to ship to your location, worldwide. t present, we only offer full container shipments. If you purchase less than a container or a single item, you will need to arrange collection with your local courier.
All prices are quoted and charged in South African Rand (ZAR), including the 15% South African VAT or US Dollar (USD). We do reserve the right to contact you regarding an increase in the price to take additional payment if required.
Shopping costs depend on the destination of your goods and the scale of the delivery. If your items are in stock, most International orders will be delivered within 4-10 weeks, our efficient couriers often expedite deliveries faster than expected.
